I.New PR Hero: Yu
1)Max Skill Level Effects:
Rage Skill [Sovereign's Decree]: Yu increases all allies' Mana ATK by 20% for 2 rounds and grants all obtained Promises to the Oathmaker. The Oathmaker's Promises cannot exceed Yu's maximum limit.
● Promise: When the Oathmaker holds a Promise, all enemies will only target them. Each time the Oathmaker takes DMG, 1 Promise is consumed to negate the DMG, reducing their HP by 1 instead.
Passive Skill Ⅰ [Oathmaker]: At the start of each round, Yu designates the ally with the highest ATK (except self) as the Oathmaker, with a 60% chance to activate Sovereign's Oath for 1 round. For every 1.5% of Yu's Ocean DMG Res, the activation chance increases by 1% (up to 30%). (This effect only applies to Yu with the highest AGI in the Team.)
● Oathmaker: When the Oathmaker gains or loses HP, Yu obtains 1 Promise (stack up to 8 times), which is removed when granted to the Oathmaker.
● Sovereign's Oath: Copy 100% of all the DMG and healing caused by allies. After Yu's Basic ATK, distribute the copied DMG and healing equally among all enemies or allies.
Passive Skill Ⅱ [Great Equality]: When an ally recovers HP from a healing source other than Yu, she will heal all allies for 20% of her max HP. (This effect only applies to Yu with the highest AGI in the Team.)
● Healing Source: The skill can be triggered by HP Recovery from other Heroes and Automatons, as well as from Talismans, Spirit Imprints, and Pets equipped by Heroes except Yu, but not by effects that increase max HP.
II.New Scroll:
1)UR Superb Scroll: Ancient Ballad
Scroll Skill [Geese Alighting]: At the start of the battle, increase total Art Points by 120%. When Ink Realm exists, inflict Bamboozle on the enemy with the highest ATK, lasting until the round ends.
● Bamboozle: Unable to use Rage skills. Unable to harm when dealing DMG (excluding Mana DMG and DoT) this time and convert 20% DMG into healing for the target.
III.New Divine Pet: Nyxhare
Exclusive Skill [Starry Moonlight]: The carrier gains 30% max HP at the start of the battle, effective until the battle ends. Reduce Rage by 500 for the enemy with the highest Rage and prevent them from obtaining Rage this round.
Psyche Skill [Osmanthus Moon]: When the carrier's Max HP Increase buff is dispelled or expires, the Divine Pet Skill Starry Moonlight will be reactivated at the end of the next round. (This effect can only be triggered once per round).
Psyche Skill [Bloom Time]: After any ally takes action for the first time, prevent all enemies from obtaining Rage this round.
